1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees once a payment is made. When you subscribe to a plan, you are gaining immediate access to the features for the billing period you have selected (monthly or yearly).

2. No Pro-Rata Refunds

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time if you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

We may consider offering a refund in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • **Technical Issues:** If you experienced a severe technical issue that prevented you from using our Service for a significant portion of your billing period and our support team was unable to resolve it.
  • **Billing Errors:** In case of a demonstrable billing error from our side (e.g., you were charged twice for the same period).

To request a refund based on the above exceptions, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and make a decision on a case-by-case basis.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay) and credited back to the original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer, but it typically takes 5-10 business days.
